  1. In-Store Pickup Only: All purchases made through the Royal Glenora Club Pro Shop must be collected in person at our physical location. We do not provide any shipping options, including domestic or international delivery.

  2. Photo ID and Confirmation: When picking up your order, please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order confirmation. This ensures that the items are collected by the rightful purchaser.

  3. Pro Shop Hours: The Pro Shop operates during regular business hours. Please refer to our website or contact us directly for our current operating hours. It is essential to plan your visit accordingly to pick up your items promptly.

  4. Holding Period: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from collecting your order immediately. We are pleased to hold your items for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we reserve the right to cancel your order and restock the items.
